Through this internship, you will assist the Business Intelligence Senior Analyst. You will gain a comprehensive level of experience in business analytics and reporting in the Hospitality Industry. Some knowledge in revenue management will be gained as well.
Your main responsibilities include the following:
REPORTING
- Prepare and deliver multiple Sales, Promotion, Pricing and Revenue Management reports on a weekly/monthly basis
- Manage all reporting tools under scope
- Serve as a secondary point-of-contact for reporting tools for APAC
- Provide Ad-Hoc reporting when requested
MARKET & BUSINESS ANALYSIS
- In charge of weekly STR performance data submission
- Prepare monthly Benchmark & Analysis on competitors’ performance vs. Club Med
- Assist RMP team to prepare sales meeting presentations
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - pivot table, database, formula etc. & PowerPoint are highly required, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Have a keen interest in the hospitality industry
- Having prior knowledge in Qlikview is an advantage
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Meticulous and able to deliver results on time
