Purpose:
In a multicultural and friendly environment, our intern will contribute to the success of our HR regional projects. His/her main mission will be assisting the Regional HR Director.
Responsibilities:
HR Support - Office
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to experience the HR operational roles within our region from the beginning to the end. This implies actions such as:
· Administrate and follow-up benefits such as car, housing, air-con maintenance, insurance claims and ‘GO holidays’.
· Record leave application and entitlement in HRIS.
· Coordinate the onboarding process such as IT requests, welcome note, staff form, insurance and calculation of prorated leave.
· Coordinate the offboarding process such as acceptance letter, calculation of prorated leave balance, IT account deletion, work pass cancellation and tax clearance matters.
· Creation and deletion of ‘CLOUD’ access.
· Liaise with statutory board on HR related survey.
· Update the organisation chart with headcount report.
· Prepare HR report for quarterly review.
Requirements:
· Minimum degree in Human Resources / Business / Communication/ Management or equivalent
· Respectful of confidentiality
· Rigorous, organized, flexible and autonomous
· Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point
· Good written and verbal communication skill
*Able to commit for at least 6 months
*Able to start ASAP
