You will assist the Business Intelligence Manager. Through this internship you will gain a comprehensive level of experience in business analysis and pricing reporting in the Hospitality Industry.
Your main responsibilities include the following:
REPORTING· Prepare and deliver multiple Sales/Promotion/Pricing report/Revenue Management on weekly/monthly basis· Manage (Update & Create) all reporting tools(weekly/monthly)· Provide Ad-Hoc reporting when requested to commercial offices· Key contact for reporting tools for ASIA Pacific
MARKET & BUSINESS ANALYSIS· Prepare monthly Benchmark & Analysis on competitors Pricing/Promotion positioning vs. Club Med· Assist the manager to prepare sales meeting presentations
Requirements:· Demonstrated interest in hospitality industry· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese & French is a plus)· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - pivot table, database, formula etc. & PowerPoint are highly required, Word)· Strong analytical and research skills· Well organized and ability to deliver results on time
