Co-Creation Lab is a human-centered business design studio (similar to an innovation consulting firm, but more creative and hands-on) based in Singapore. We help our clients imagine what their operations could look like in the future and empower their collaborators to make it a reality. We do it by creating business-driven innovation programs designed to solve specific human needs and adapted to the culture of our clients’ organisations. We operate mostly in APAC, but also in Europe & Africa.
Imagine an impossible problem to solve with no existing solution, incomplete sets of data and lots of moving parts in fast-changing environments. That’s the kind of challenges we get excited about. As such, we engage with companies on 3 critical stages of their innovation cycle: building a vision, designing solutions and deploying/scaling a concept. The job
Reporting directly to the Managing Director - Julien Condamines (Ex-Google, YouTube, Publicis and startupper) - you are a key contributor to the company’s marketing strategy and make sure the world, and in particular business leaders who could benefit from our expertise, know about the cool projects we’re working on, in a creative and engaging way.
You work across the full length of the marketing funnel: from developing a marketing roadmap, to testing it, measuring and analysing the results to iterate until you get a positive reaction from your target-audience. You then engage with that target to find out about the challenges they face, their needs and headaches, so that we can come up with solutions for them, and turn them into clients. And you turn these projects and clients into compelling use cases we can share proudly with our future clients.
Your job involves conducting interviews with prospects, clients, users and a variety of experts, desk research on trends and new technologies you have never heard about, writing articles, producing interactive content and coming up with new communication concepts in line with the company’s DNA and activities, exploring new tools and testing new platforms. But it's also very important that execute your ideas masterfully and turn them into measured impact.
Last, you take part into the execution and coordination of the projects themselves whenever required, so that you understand the value proposition of the company in-depth and participate in its growth, and yours.
