Primary Purpose
You will be part of a dynamic retail business environment and have the opportunity to work with SEA marketing team to support the rollout of Omni channel marketing activities including CRM, Direct Marketing and e-Commerce. As part of this internship, you will have the opportunity to plan, refine and launch our brands’ VIP program. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support on the development of CRM to target recruiting new customers.
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to..
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research on new consumer trends and loyalty program mechanics to define VIP program for kate spade brand
- Work with brand marketing on managing communications and delivering training to kate spade store teams
- Evaluate existing Coach VIP program and propose ideas to fine-tune our offerings by leveraging on omni use/insights from the market
- Develop CRM and support the recruitment and conversion of new customers for kate spade SEA
- Support the development of kate spade marketing website through:
- Idea generation on design and user interface
- E2E planning and execution of a (test) launch
- Conduct evaluation & analysis of e-commerce metrics such as database growth and conversion rates

- Currently pursuing a Business degree with Marketing major will be an advantage
