Primary Purpose
You will be part of a dynamic retail business environment and have the opportunity to work with HR team to facilitate and support the rollout of people strategy in Singapore. As part of this internship, you will gain good exposure to learning & development initiatives, employee engagement activities and employer branding project which includes social media engagement. This role will report into HR People Partner and supports both SG retail and corporate functional teams.
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to..
- Support the communication and marketing push of learning & development initiatives
- Research and propose new learning programs for both retail and corporate employees
- Facilitate the planning and execution of a Global HR project to promote equity, inclusion and diversity in Singapore
- Participate in the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities which includes CSR, Health & Wellness programs etc
- Participate in the planning and coordination of employer branding project which includes content creation & social media engagement
- Update and maintain internal social media and networking platform (theLoop)
- Support Retail Recruitment Event(s) when applicable
