Primary Purpose
You will be part of a dynamic retail business environment and this role will be supporting sales distribution and brand building activities for our distribution partners in SEA region. As part of this internship, you will gain good exposure to wholesale business management in a global retail business. You will also gain hands-on working experience on key business drivers and key retail metrics & analysis.
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to..
- Gain good understanding of Account Management with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Wholesale Operations & Planning, Finance, Global Construction & Planning, and Legal
- Gain exposure to key technologies such as Cora Microstrategy Business Intelligence (for sales and product performance reporting), and NuOrder (for market and in-season order placement).
- Gain working knowledge of Data Management & Analysis for Sales, Metrics and Product Inventory
- Ensure prompt and accurate sales & key metrics upload for business reporting purpose
- Support weekly & monthly analysis of retail sales performance in relation to key retail metrics i.e. Product Performance sell-out Reports for constructive product sell-ins
- Learn to assess regional and by-account product performance nuances and needs to influence current and future products sell-in opportunities
- Support product training material preparation as well as product performance analysis
