Coca-Cola Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd – Master Data Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Coordinate and execute the activities related to creation, extension, validation and change management of materials including Bill of Materials and Recipes in the SAP (R/3) system for CPS Asia concentrate plants
• Partner and collaborate with CPS Master Data Management Specialist and Global Data Services (GDS) Teams in master data maintenance activities in compliance with the global data standards.
• Ensure that all master data is created and maintained in accordance with Company and operation requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transfer information into master data elements to be created, extended and maintained in SAP and related systems and tools for new product launches, reformulations, changes of pack configuration and business contingency programs.
• Create and validate through audits, and maintain master data (material master, BOMS, Master Recipes) in the SAP R/3 production module for packaging, raw materials, in process, finished goods and sales kits.
• Data lifecycle management – working with CPS Master Data Management Specialist to implement standards and perform review and obsolete redundant data.

QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of MS Advanced Excel, Access/SQL and SAP Query would be an advantage
