Job Description

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

  1. Print & Distribute payslips, attend to employee queries on payroll matters (locally in Singapore)
  2. Partner with Payroll Manager to ensure all due diligence of payroll activities
  3. Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  4. Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
  5. TMS - Clocking data transfer to TMS
  6. OT data - Download OT Timesheets and compute/enter OT data into system
  7. Letter preparations - Acceptance of Resignation, Breach of Contract, Promotion, Salary Adjustment, Re-designation, Letter of certification, Acceptance of Withdrawal of Resignation, etc.
  8. Tax clearance (IRAS - IR21) and government claims focal point - NS, GPPL (Paternity Leave), GPML (Maternity Leave) and CCL (Childcare Leave), Respond to MINDEF queries (NS Reservist Claims - provide supporting docs), Download Foreign Worker Levy (FWL) via MOM website
  9. New hires/resignees - create position code & enter data into system, updating Education Details as and when needed, issue Staff Pass / Access Card
  10. Employee offboarding - Exit Clearance
  11. Leave management - Approve Medical Leave & FCL, apply leave for DIMAC Team, assist to update leave quotas (DSD - Delivery Assistant & Driver), Cancel approved leave in SAP
  12. SF – Update/maintain Employee data in SF (new hire, termination, life events, change of bank account, WP Renewal, etc.)
  13. Staff drink reimbursement - verify receipt & compile in excel
  14. Sort and scan incoming mail (HR)
  15. P-file filing - Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
