Codingo Assignments Pte. Ltd. – TikTok Content Lead Internship

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a TikTok Content Lead Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content strategy, and be able to independently handle the entire content creation process—from planning to reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and produce creative, engaging, and innovative TikTok videos that resonate with our target audience.
• Strategy Development: Plan content calendars, brainstorm ideas, and develop strategies to meet company objectives.
• Editing and Post-production: Edit videos, ensure content aligns with brand tone, and apply necessary visual and sound effects to make content captivating.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor content performance, analyze trends, and generate reports to gauge the success of posts.
• Audience Engagement: Actively engage with the community, responding to comments, trends, and feedback to maintain a positive brand presence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align content with marketing and business strategies.

Requirements:

• Proficient in using TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Strong creative skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for video production.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of current TikTok trends, viral content strategies, and audience preferences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with video editing tools and social media analytics platforms.
• Prior experience or interest in content creation will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with the local Singaporean market and culture is preferred.
