We are looking for a prolific business analyst who wants to gain hands-on experience on real customer support & success projects. What you will be doing:
- Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service; especially pre and post sales business analytics
- Understand how CS revolutionary platforms such HubSpot and Intedashboard cross function to effect the business more effectively
- Deep dive into business analytics for better understanding of business behaviour
- Initiate and analyse the business sales of customers accordingly to their territory, seasonal behaviour etc
- Generate and prepare monthly reports regarding data metrics such as monthly active users (MAU), usage levels and impact levels on our customers
- Employ data preparation techniques such gathering, cleaning and transforming data to suit business use cases
- Analyse and identify at-risk customers that are prone to churning globally
- Create, maintain and automate analytical dashboards that tracks data metrics for internal use
- Employ data visualization techniques to generate visually appealing and easy-to-understand charts for both internal and external customers
- Evaluate, test and implement third-party data visualisation softwares and tools such as ThinkVal
- Employ the use of SQL programming language to build relational databases and query relevant data metrics
- Explore the use of other programming languages such as Python or JavaScript to enhance visualization of data
Education, and Experience Requirements:
- Preferably final year student diploma or degree specialising in Business Analytics
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Able to analyse xls data via Vlookup and intermediate charting skills
- Creativity, passionate and having a determination to succeed
- Good communication (written and verbal) and people skills
