Job Summary:
The Intern position will support the Digital team across its varying needs from data compilation for Social Media Listening and Reporting to copywriting for Editorial Calendars. This person should be a career professional who takes pride in his/her work, has exceptional attention to detail, is a fast learner with a positive attitude towards all assignments undertaken, and is proactive in servicing all administrative aspects so the team can remain organized.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assists Digital team in various areas such as Social Media Listening and Reporting, Tweet Monitoring, Community Management and writing Social Media posts
- Maintains central information resources for client teams including files.
- Conducts research on the internet and on paid subscription services.
- Helps with the preparation of routine correspondence, memoranda, and reports on behalf of Digital team.
- Participates as needed in team meetings and issues minutes as appropriate.
- Assists with compilation of Proposal Decks.
- Prepares Digital media kits and conducts mailings on behalf of team for Events.
- Assists in account administration duties such as activity reports.
- Covers account teams’ phones as needed. Effectively “triages” calls and refers to appropriate personnel or areas of responsibility.
- Collaborates with both leadership and junior team members on projects and tasks.
- Provides onsite media and logistics support at media events when necessary
- Maintains multiple projects/tasks at a given time
- Able to juggle priorities and multi-task.
