Job Description

Description:

  • To support daily operations; handle general office tasks.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork.
  • Maintain proper records of transactions.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining company databases.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in accountancy, finance or HR related fields.
  • Able to speak and write English & Chinese with clients.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 1 to 2 years experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
