Collective Works is Singapore’s first Coworking space in the Central Business District (CBD). Housed at the prestigious 100 Cecil Street, the space was conceived to provide beautiful, affordable and flexible working accommodation for small businesses, freelancers and startups that need to be in the heart of the Lion City’s Business hub.
Flexible and accessible, Collective Works was designed from the ground up to look and operate differently. Our interior design is based on a creative studio layout of facing ‘coworkstations’, while flexible informal meeting areas, and multi-height work surfaces serve to encourage interaction. To make Collective Works that little bit more special, we chose to use premium finishes like solid oak, leather and linen not often found in working environments.
Above all else Collective Works, aims to provide outstanding customer service to our clients. They share our workspace and we become an extension of their businesses. We look for people that love working with people, are detail oriented and customer focused.

Job Description
Position: Public Relations Intern
As a member of the Collective Works team, you will support the strategic development and execution of PR initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the CEO, you will be handling PR activities to promote brand awareness and engagement. Member communications is another key area which you will be responsible for, working with the team to develop and maintain various communications channels to members including an internal newsletter.
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have studied in a related field i.e. communications, public relations or journalism; be passionate about people and start-up environments; have excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills; be resourceful and possess initiative; and able to work independently with minimum supervision, yet be a team player.Photoshop and Illustrator skills will be highly advantageous.
