Job Description


  • Assist in market research for specific market in Asia Pacific
  • Assist in rental benchmarking of clients’ portfolio
  • Communications with field brokers
  • Assist in client specific tasks – renewal vs. relocation studies; lease restructure
  • Assist in clients’ account plans, researching clients’ profiles
  • Assist to follow up on team revenue, outstanding fees, outstanding fee agreements
  • Assist in lease administration / portfolio management
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials / proposals
  • Assist in financial analysis of various transaction management activities


Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Business
  • Familiar with MS Office, Excel Spreadsheet (advanced)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Possess good communication skills to interact with clients
  • Positive work attitude
