Purpose
To support the partnership (Business Development and Affiliate) team for all administrative, coordination and account management duties
Key Responsibilities
- Assist affiliate and merchant partners and stakeholders on day-to-day communication on campaign matters in a timely manner
- Ensure smooth implementation of existing and upcoming campaigns by taking charge of the distribution and dissemination of information and managing campaign assets
- Coordinate and follow up with industrial partners on payments with internal and external parties if need be
- Provide campaign reports as and when necessary and be involved in generating insights for reported findings
- Support the partnership team in all related matters to maintain efficient and effective functioning of the business
