Job Description
- Work closely with Tech Leads to help build PMG digital products; will learn how to analyze business process, workflow and KPIs.
- Document business requirements in JIRA and Confluence. Work with modern software development processes, learn how large teams build software quickly using Agile & JIRA
- Plan and initiate change management and UAT for new features or business processes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams/stakeholders from Product, Design, Data, and Operations to bring ideas to life and deliver solutions with high business impact.
- Design (and Develop) business dashboards using PowerBI/Tableau to assist business units in their work.
