Job description
- Work closely with Tech Leads to help build PMG digital products; will learn how to analyze work given by offshore developers, and be part of modifying and changing processes
- Work with modern software development processes, through devops and learn how large teams build software quickly through Agile
- Learn how cloud native applications are made, and be part of the agile teams processes to see how these applications are being shipped
- Learn how testing is automated, and be part of the entire testing and QA processes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams/stakeholders from Product, Design, Data, and Operations to bring ideas to life and deliver solutions with high business impact.
- Gather insights on product adoption/improvements, track KPIs, develop key metrics and propose further iterations in the software
Job Requirement
- Experience and interest in agile development processes
- Strong organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines and produce work with quick turnaround
- Independent and results-driven mindset
