Job Description

ComfortDelgro, is one of the world’s largest land transport companies with global operations spanning across seven countries – Singapore, Australia, China, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Vietnam and Malaysia.

We are looking for a HR intern to join us. You will learn and receive exposure in areas such as talent attraction, acquisition and HR processes. To be able to benefit from this internship, you should preferably be able to commit at least 5 months from mid December 2021 onwards.

Here are some areas where you can contribute!

Talent Attraction

  • Plan and design digital content to support talent attraction efforts which includes but not limited to social media platforms and talent engagement events

Talent Acquisition

  • Facilitate selection and assessment of applicants
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment activities such as career fairs/talks
  • Perform data analysis and reporting

Requirements

If the following requirements describe you, you may be the one we are looking for!

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or other relevant disciplines
  • Understand recruitment and assessment process.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker and looking to create the maximum impact in the shortest time
  • Courageous to ask questions and try things out
  • Humble to admit “I don’t know” but motivated enough to say “but I will find out / figure out”
  • Team-player, highly agile and adaptable
  • A keen interest in content creation and campaigns
  • Familiar with digital design platforms such as Canva
  • Good in MS Excel and PowerBI will be a plus
