Job Description

Desktop Support:

  • Microsoft Windows 10 knowledge on OS upgrade and trouble shooting 
  • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop problems for end-users 
  • Install, upgrade and configure software, setup and configure printers, scanners and other peripherals 
  • Basic experience in LAN/WAN troubleshooting (Router, Switches and Wireless) 
  • Experience in MS Office, Open office and off the shelve applications 
  • Work with vendor support to resolve technical problems 

 

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge in LAN/WAN troubleshooting 
  • Self-motivated team player 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
