The campaign performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing integrated digital marketing initiatives from campaign planning to execution and dashboard monitoring. He or she is expected to be result- and data-driven and should have some knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels, digital content generation tools and e-commerce platforms.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Use CleverTap tools to create campaigns to target the app users
- Track and generate data from these campaigns to report the weekly KPI Monitor and analyze digital campaign and e-commerce performance, to prepare regular reports to stakeholders and report KPI Maintain and upkeep current campaign excel and reports
- Collect market dynamics, customer insight and competitive landscape information through digital channels
- Pilot test emerging digital tools and technologies for ROI and online customer experience improvement
Requirements:
- Basic Analytics and data certification
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Willing to explore all types of digital tools
