- Facilitate selection and assessment of applicants
- Plan and coordinate recruitment activities such as career fairs/talks
- Plan and design digital content to support talent attraction efforts which includes but not limited to social media platforms and talent engagement events
- Increase followers on LinkedIn page
- Create LinkedIn post to create positive employee branding
- Research on other LinkedIn pages and improve our LinkedIn presence
- Research on job advertisements and propose improvements to our LinkedIn job advertisements
- Assist with policies and governance
- Assist with onboarding procedures
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
