Commun1ty – Business Development Intern

We are a small startup with a recently launched mobile app in Singapore. As we are in the early stages of growth, we are looking for a Business Development / Growth Hacking Intern to help with our acquisition and engagement efforts.

Role overview: As a Business Development / Growth Hacking Intern, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with the product, marketing, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and implement tactics that accelerate our growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Discover and define target segment and use cases for experimentation
• Develop content, including in-app content, relevant for experimentation
• Conduct user testing to validate the experiment
• Develop insights based on user feedback
• Develop and launch go-to-market plans, including strategies for collaborations and partnerships

Qualifications:

• Passionate about community building and the mission of connecting neighbourhoods
• Creative thinker with a deep interest for solving problems
• Pragmatic and implementation-oriented mindset
• Deep understanding and knowledge of local communities
• Experience with conducting local programs or partnerships

Note that only candidates based in Singapore with extensive knowledge of the local market will be considered.
