Commun1ty – Community Engagement (Internship)

We are dedicated to establishing a platform that enriches the experiences of our users. This involves constructing a robust and content-abundant ecosystem that delivers relevant and meaningful content to our users. Equally essential is our focus on generating avenues for user engagement.

As a Community Engagement Intern, you will work closely with our product, design, and marketing team to identify and execute strategies for user engagement and retention. These strategies will be a mix of product design, as well as community management and content generation. To accomplish our goals, we will follow a standard portfolio of initiatives approach. This involves three main stages: Discover, Define, and Deliver.

• Discover: Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of our target audience's demographics, interests, behaviours, and pain points. Utilise various methods such as surveys, user research, and customer immersions to explore different personas.
• Define: Based on our market insights and understanding of target personas, outline a set of initiatives focused on engagement and retention. For each initiative, evaluate its relative attractiveness and feasibility. After which, we can prioritise a set of initiatives to pursue for execution.
• Deliver: Rapidly execute initiatives with an MVP mindset. Remember, perfection is the enemy of rapid progress and results. Collect learnings from each initiative and refine where necessary (i.e., Test and iterate).

Note that only candidates based in Singapore with extensive knowledge of the local market will be considered.
