Key Mandate:
You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the design and development process, and project management on an established schedule for COMO Hotels & Resorts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between relevant parties involved in the interior design process
- Coordinate and facilitate work with the appointed consultants and properties operator during all stages of projects to ensure practical, effective and durable designs at indicated budget
- Assist in the preparation of Drawings, FFE specifications, sourcing and project coordination works
- Conduct site visits to ensure that approved designs, standards and quality are met and any deviations are documented
- Assist to develop, update and amend Company Design Standards to meet business objectives and brand strategies
- Build up and maintain a reference library on designs, new products, technical specifications, materials, etc
Key Requirements:
- 0-2 years working experience in FFE Selection in Hospitality.
- Experience in selection of furniture, accessories, lighting, ironmongery and sanitary wares.
- Knowledgeable of materials and experience in preparing schemes suitable for luxury hospitality.
- Excellent and up to date supplier knowledge in producing or leading FF&E specifications.
- Experience in producing client design presentation packages
- Knowledge of digital graphic presentation skills, including good working knowledge of Photoshop, Autocad, SketchUp and Microsoft Office Skills
- A team player and possess good time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
