Sales
- Promote and sell programs and services and merchandises offered by the centre and conduct tours of the centre’s facilities
- Strive to achieve sales target through communications and upselling to customers
Operations
- Maintain strong customer relationship by managing their enquiries with speed, clear explanation and professionalism. Go extra mile to exceed customer expectation.
- Keep self updated with wellness and product knowledge
- Handle reception duties including cashiering, maintain customers’ information, class management, walk-in/phone enquires, complains and other ad-hoc duties
- Maintain the centre facilities and ensure an inspirational atmosphere for classes
- Conduct inventory stock takes of equipment and merchandises, when required
