JOB SCOPE
To respond to all emails and answering of Helpline
Preparation and submission of quotations , Purchase Orders , Delivery Order, invoices , claims, contracts and other documents as and when required.
Provide administrative support to operations, HR and accounts
To assist with the Marketing Team
To manage and handle clients feedback
To manage the different aspects of administrative duty.
REQUIREMENTS
- GCS O Level.
