The IT Executive will play a key role in supporting the implementation of IT projects within our organization. You will be responsible for assisting in project execution, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing first-level support to end-users. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and technically skilled individual to contribute to our IT project success.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within established timelines.
- Provide first-level support to end-users, resolving technical issues and inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to project implementation
- Maintain accurate records of project-related activities and technical support requests.
