Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in candidates management including basic screening and reference checks follow up
- Documentation and standardization of HR process-flow
- Compile HR policies and maintain HR intranet folders.
- Assist in HR system management including system user manual and benefits administration
- Support training registrations and update records
- Support HR projects including benefits consolidation and recommendation, contracts review and admin support, compensation study
- Reception duties whenever is required
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain confidentially at all times
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Team player and self-motivated
