Established since 1980, Conference & Exhibition Management Services Pte Ltd (CEMS) is a regional organiser with a global perspective. A key player in the MICE industry in Singapore, CEMS has vast knowledge and experience in organising and managing exhibitions and conferences for and with government agencies and trade associations and professional institutions.
Currently, CEMS organizes 15 industrial and lifestyle events catering to industry sectors such as Architecture, Design Asia, Facility Management, Lighting Asia , Safety & Security, Fire & Disaster Management as well as the largest Jewellery show , Coffee, Tea, Bakery, Café Asia and Restaurant industries in Singapore.
1. Support the exhibition department on all the operation works.
2. Create and update the show floorplan for sales marketing.
3. Prepare E-Information Manual and E-show guide for the shows.
4. Source for relevant suppliers for the show.
5. Coordinate with contractors and hall owner on the venue facilities.
6. Coordinate with exhibitors on their requirement and service exhibitors on site. 7. Good coordination works and works extra careful.
