Confetti makes delicious upcycled snacks from ugly veggies to reduce food waste, and uses colorful plants to feed the hungriest people in the world using a Robin Hood approach. We donate a portion of nutrient dense snacks to end hunger and malnutrition by working with global humanitarian missions to distribute snacks in the poorest parts of the world.

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products/services. Your role will be key in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising).

• Manage and optimize the company’s website and landing pages for maximum traffic and conversion.

• Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

• Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other platforms.

• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate reports with actionable insights.

• Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and user experience.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content creators, designers, developers) to ensure consistency and alignment with marketing goals.

• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills
