As a Recruiting and Product Intern, you will create impact by:

• Contributions in both recruitment and product areas
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates, developing new channels of sourcing and supporting the selection of setting up tools and processes.
• Improving the product based on user feedback, interviews and insights - through feature ideation, feature enhancements or running experiments
• Collaborate with co-founders and team to ideate and execute on short term and long term initiatives

As a Recruiting and Product Intern, it would help for you to :

• Have past experience in the role or related experiences
• Passionate about this industry and the challenges that individuals face
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a fact paced environment.
• Quick learner, flexible, should have the attitude to get things done!
