About Connected Freight:
Connected Freight is a digital venture incubated by New Energies Business of Royal Dutch Shell. The venture is positioned as an integrated smart-freight platform that provides a digital solution to improve B2B logistics flexibility and remove inefficiencies in the last few miles of intra-city freight movements. By connecting retailers, suppliers and third-party logistics, the platform enables optimization of delivery routes with full transparency of supply chain data and analytics. As of now, Connected Freight has established its operations in Singapore and the Philippines and is planning to rapidly expand in other counties around Asia Pacific region.
Scope and responsibilities:
Build and maintain online presence of Connected Freight
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Create landing pages and optimize user experience
Design, plan and execute all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic and target audience
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Generate ideas for new and creative growth strategies
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (i.e. Technology or Business) or equivalent hands-on experience in relevant fields
At least 3 years of work experience in digital marketing, advertising, consumer insights, market analysis and data analytics
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
