This role will be supporting the Business and Sales Operations Manager, based in Singapore, to drive and improve the operational activities of the Sales and Strategic Partnership teams.
Sales Operations:
- Support the review and optimization of operational activities and processes within the sales team, which may require collaborating with other teams such as the marketing, product, and professional services teams
- Assist the development and improvement of documentation and sales enablement resources
- Conduct data analysis for sales engagement with customers – e.g. customer’s 12-month product usage
- Support the preparation of sales-related reports for management
Market Research:
- Conduct research on specific market segments, region/country, organizations, individuals based on the needs of the Strategic Partnership or Leadership teams
- Support sales team members with Constructor Passport profiles on HubSpot
There will be two main projects that this role will be working on alongside the mentioned responsibilities.
