Why are we offering this graduate internship program?
Frankly, there have been too much of myths and misunderstandings about the Myanmar market that need to be clarified and corrected. We have decided to launch the Myanmar Internship Program to help to bridge the gap between reality and hearsay. Hopefully the interns who pass through our program will become ambassadors for Myanmar helping others to better understanding the beauty and the opportunity in the new Myanmar.

We offer a 4 month internship in our Yangon office for recent graduate with the right attitude. We can take up to 4 interns a year. Compensation is modest, housing will be basic, you will have to pay for your own airfare and insurance but you will be exposed to the full spectrum of work that our consultancy performs in Myanmar. If you are a rugged person, quick to learn, quick on your feet and do not mind getting your hands dirty, thrive in adverse environment, then read on.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:
• A recent graduate from a major university.
• Preferably from Business, Finance, Accountancy, Law or Economics.
• Must be of legal age of majority in your own country eg ≥18 yrs old in UK; ≥21 yrs old in Singapore
• Some working experience is desirable but not necessary as we are looking for a candidate with the right attitude and skill set.
• Must have the desire to work in an Emerging Market where conditions are never ideal, where you need to improvise and learn as you go.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Must be resourceful, have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skill is a must.
• Must be a whiz with Microsoft Office.
• Must read, write and speak excellent English
• Foreign language skill is a plus.
