Job Description
- Travel to regional markets to screen, prospect and interview candidates who will be a good match for the Content.co team
- Partner with managers to understand hiring requirements and ensuring appropriate job descriptions are in place for recruiting purposes
- Posting of jobs on internal & external portals
- Build up and stay updated on all available recruitment sourcing channels to ensure all avenues for candidate sourcing are explored and exploited
- Proactive sourcing of candidates through various recruitment channels to support direct candidate sourcing
- Screening & assessing candidates and presenting shortlist of potential candidates to managers for vacant positions
- Effectively cultivate and manage relationships with staffing partners, social media/job boards and recruiting firms.
- Identification and cultivation of partnerships with colleges/universities and professional organizations.
- Communicate with the team about recruitment efforts and results
