Convalesce Labs is a social tech and digital therapeutics startup developing clinically-informed, AI-powered mental health solutions. We are currently incubated at BLOCK71, National University of Singapore (NUS). Our mission is to co-create evidence-based, gamified mental health tools for young people aged 11–25, with a strong emphasis on human-centered design, cultural relevance, and digital equity.
The Social Media Marketing Lead (Intern) will support the development and execution of unconventional, youth-centered marketing strategies to grow Convalesce Labs’ brand presence. The role requires a passion for storytelling, an understanding of youth and internet culture, and an experimental mindset toward emerging platforms and campaigns.
This position offers hands-on experience in startup marketing, strategy, and audience engagement. You will work closely with our cross-disciplinary team and youth advisors, and be involved in both digital and offline campaigns targeting schools, social service agencies, and youth communities.

Content, Design & Performance
Develop short-form video, meme content, reels, and story-driven posts in collaboration with designers.
Monitor campaign metrics, content performance, and youth feedback to iterate and improve.
Contribute to creative asset development—e.g., pitch decks, reels, motion graphics, and school kits.
Prepare insights reports, visual storytelling presentations, and strategic campaign briefs.
