We also used reflective teaching in which we encourage our participants to unleash their ideas, values and beliefs on a certain topics. By this, the participants will able to discover more about life, people and self. Thus, we also provide activities that will generate learning to help participants integrate and apply knowledge and skills to work-related areas.
This position reports to the Lead Consultant and interfaces with multiple stakeholders. Consultant to be involved in:
1. Analyse the client's training needs
2. Determine suitable training programmes & methods
3. Communicate with client's on the interventions taken & it's impact
4. Facilitate Group Discussions
5. Develop Contextualised Learning Materials
6. Actively seek out opportunities to offer our services
