COSFIBEL employs 130 people worldwide but, in spite of its small size, maintains a vast network of offices and enjoys the trust of all the key players in the world of Beauty and Spirits. A sales driven organization, COSFIBEL designs unique items for brands such as LANCOME, SHISEIDO, MARTELL or PENFOLDS and supervises their manufacture in third party factories, predominantly in China.

The main operations hub is in Hong Kong and the Singapore subsidiary hosts a very small team.


Job Description

Mission

The intern will work directly with the Head of Sales for the Region and Managing Director of the Singapore office. Under his guidance he or she will help map out and execute several projects that are strategic to COSFIBEL and should help propel the company in new directions.

The projects will be one or several of the following :

  • Conducting an in depth APAC consumer analysis of COSFIBEL products, in collaboration with other interns in Europe and the USA
  • Helping to select and implement new IT tools to assist COSFIBEL sales team in their development
  • Analysing new markets for COSFIBEL 
  • Creating a new dashboard for Management to improve visibility of existing data

His or her suggestions and opinions will be debated and challenged but highly valued and ultimately developed into full scale projects for the company.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a business graduate with an outgoing personality. He or she combines a taste for strategic thinking and the entrepreneurial spirit that befits a small organization.

He or she is able to work independently and manage his/her time over a long period in order to obtain results.

He or she has a good technology acumen.
