You will be well-versed in the concept of the digital world and how social media can be impactful for brand recognition. Ideate with the creative team to develop captivating and shareable content for multiple platforms and social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin)

Requirements 

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent. 

• Required skill(s): Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe In-Design.

• Strong creative outlook, is flexible, shows initiative, has eye for detail and is a team player

• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Ability to develop and adapt communication tool layouts for both digital and print

• Experience in building organic followers and social media community

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms - Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok, Instagram/ Facebook and YouTube

• Content Planning and Production (Social media calendar, ideation, proofreading, production)

• Produce captivating digital and social media content and optimise social media functions.

(Graphic animation, graphic design, videos (short forms/ tutorial video), GIFs, lifestyle images)

• Develop fresh, new and innovative social media content ideas and execute them - not limiting to the forms to develop original content.

• Community management

• Identify key trends in social media content/ campaigns to support the development of content

• Support in social media tracking and reporting using tracking applications

• Design, build, maintain & optimize all our social media presence.

• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests of our campaigns & engagement.

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners in Digital Marketing areas.
