Job Description

About the Role:

Content Creation: Research, write, and edit various forms of content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts. Collaborate with team members to develop high-quality and engaging content that aligns with the company's marketing goals and target audience. 

Content Strategy: Assist in the development of content marketing strategies and plans. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate content ideas that resonate with the target audience and support marketing objectives. 

Content Promotion: Utilize social media, email marketing, and other distribution channels to promote content and reach a wider audience. Implement SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility. 

Content Analytics: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to track key metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and conversions. Prepare regular reports on content performance and provide insights for optimization. 

Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-ranking keywords for content optimization and SEO efforts. 

Content Optimization: Optimize existing content to improve its search engine rankings and user engagement. Implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headings, and keyword placement. 

Audience Engagement: Engage with the audience through comments, social media interactions, and community management. Foster relationships with readers and encourage discussions around the content. 

Content Calendar Management: Assist in maintaining a content calendar to plan and organize content creation and publication schedules. Ensure content is delivered on time and aligns with marketing campaigns. 

Competitive Research: Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to identify content gaps and opportunities. Stay updated on the latest content marketing trends and best practices. 

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create multimedia content. Coordinate content production and publication. 

Quality Control: Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Maintain a high standard of quality for all content produced. 

Feedback Incorporation: Act on feedback from team members and mentors to improve content quality and effectiveness. Learn and adapt based on constructive criticism.

 Qualifications: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 software

  • Proficient in Figma and Framer (if not please learn before job commences) 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (eg: Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, In-Design)

  • Knowledge/Experience with Google SEO & SEM
