About the Role
Responsibilities
- Format employee contracts and other legal documents
- Supportthe development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures.
- Be actively involved in talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, compensation and benefits
- Assist with ad-hoc when needed. Requirements
- Be familiar with Singapore MOM regulations and HR practices.
- Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skill
- Major inBusiness, Management, Social Sciences or relevant qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
