Job Description
- Responsible for stock accuracy and carry out stock-checks on actual product quantity against system quantity
- Ensure all documentations are completed accurately and in accordance to company policy
- Assist with incoming and outgoing stocks as well as stocks transfer
- Act as a witness to finalise any release / transfer of goods
- Ensure good housekeeping is done
- Any other duties assigned by superior
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE N Level
Other Informations
- Minimum 2 years Admin / Retail / Stock management experience
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Takes initiative and pride in his/her work
- Meticulous and experienced in managing stocks and inventory
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office such as Outlook, Excel & Word
- Comfortable working in retail stores (44 hours work week including weekends and public holidays as per roster)
