Job Title: Customer Success Intern

Scope: We’re looking for a superstar who is passionate about understanding customer needs and providing best in class customer experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for all of our customers, acting as the friendly face of COVE.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with potential customers and addressing their enquiries through various channels such as Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, Email and Property Guru.
- Responding promptly to lead inquiries and nurturing leads in a positive and helpful manner.
- Converting enquiries to room viewings by using COVE’s sales pitch process.
- Keeping records of customer feedback and proactively informing the team of any improvements or suggestions that can be made.
- Communicating and coordinating with sales team to provide customer notes and insights.
- Managing tenant enquiries and relay requests or issues to the right point of contact.
- Provide a positive experience to our awesome tenants on communication channels.
Requirements:
- Experience working with customer support is preferred.
