Cove – Investment Analyst Intern

Scope: We’re looking for Interns who would support the Investments team in the process of sourcing and closing of new deals. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting market research on target locations and demographics
• Analysis of potential residential sub-markets
• Undertaking pricing analysis
• Sourcing of deal leads through outbound cold calls and emails
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate teammate for further development and closure
• Updating database with new deals/leads
• Assist with the contract documentation process

Core Skills/Competencies:

★ Strategic-minded, detail oriented and strong quantitatively

★ Able to work independently and be part of a team

★ Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-growing and dynamic environment

★ Proficient in spoken and written English
