Job Title: Marketing and Community Manager
Job Type: 3-6 month paid internship, S$700-S$1,500 per month depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Reports To: Sophie Jokelson, Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer
Role Purpose: To build the Cove brand and community in Singapore, fuelling tenant growth and retention.
Goals/Deliverables:
- Increase numbers of tenant enquiries across all channels through quality listings and paid, owned and earned media
- Increase conversion rates through first class customer experience
- Increase retention of tenants through community mgmt and events
- Deliver all initiatives within agreed budgets
Core Responsibilities:
- Working with CMO on digital marketing activities with ownership of social media community management
- Performance marketing reporting
- Establishing and running Cove’s presence on Facebook and Instagram
- Designing and creating digital marketing assets for Classifieds, Facebook and Instagram in line with the Cove brand guidelines
- Creating compelling property listings across the website, classifieds and social media
- Organising awesome monthly Cove events for all our flatshare tenants
- Liaising with with tenants to understand their requirements, share property information, arrange viewings and on-board them to Cove
- Collating tenant feedback to drive continuous improvement
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Essential
- Completed or pursuing an undergraduate degree in any field (business related is a bonus)
- Strong academic track record
- Experience in a sales/marketing/customer service role
- Some experience of digital marketing/social media/community mgmt
Preferred
- Experienced user of Adobe photoshop and Adobe illustrator
- Experience of SEM/SEO marketing
- Current MBA candidate
