Job Title: Operational Excellence Internship

Job Type: 6 months paid internship

Start Date: ASAP

Reports To: Operational Excellence Manager

Role Purpose: To assist in the set-up COVE’s supply of properties and provide support for interdepartmental technology integration to ensure operational efficiency.

Goals/Deliverables:

• Help in the preparation of our properties prior to their full onboarding onto the Active Property Roster and/or Offboarding of a property from the rotation
• Assist in the timely integration of new technologies and ensure proper data hygiene is observed

Core Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Operational Excellence Manager on Property Onboarding and Interdepartmental Support.
• Coordinate and ensure that internal processes are being followed with regards to property onboarding/off-boarding
• Maintain accurate records and condition references for new properties
• Improve efficiencies across the end-to-end processes
• Improve internal records and condo FAQs to assist sales and community operations team activities
• Provide assistance for tenant check-ins and check-outs, if required
• Support on data processing & analysis and assist in the set-up of system integrations before they go live.
• Considerable amount of on-property work involved

Experience and Qualifications Required:
Essential

• Undergraduate degree in any field (business related is a bonus)
• Strong academic track record

Preferred

• Experence with G Suite
• Experience in operations/project management
