Job Title: Sales Executive #SGUnited Traineeship
Job Type: #SGUnited Traineeship
Duration: 6 months
Reports To: Sales Manager
Role Purpose: This role reports to the Sales Manager and involves running a sales process to nurture leads and ultimately convert them to booking a stay at Cove properties.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound sales requests.
- Nurturing leads to move them down the sales funnel and ultimately to the conversion of booking with Cove.
- Delivering best-in-class customer service.
- Contributing to sales process improvements.
- Working closely with the internal operations team to onboard tenants.
- Monitoring performance data and KPIs on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Min. have a diploma degree as the highest qualification.
- Eligible for SGUnited traineeship, either graduated or graduating in the calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions; or, graduated earlier from the above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
- Have experiences in data analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM Software is preferred.
- Have excellent communication skills and proficiency using English for both written and conversations.
- Result oriented and ability to work in tights deadlines;
- Positive attitude and mindset.
