Job Title: Sales and Marketing Internship
Job Type: 3-6 month paid internship

Reports To: Kelsey Loke, Head of Marketing
Role Purpose: We’re looking for super-star undergrads and graduates to join our ambitious and fast growing team. Your main focus will be on marketing our awesome co-living spaces, selling our offer and building our strong and vibrant community of young professionals in Singapore.
Goals/Deliverables:
- Increase numbers of tenant enquiries across all channels through quality listings and owned social channels
- Increase conversion rates through first class customer experience
- Increase retention of tenants through community mgmt and events
- Deliver all initiatives within agreed budgets
Core Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Head of Marketing on marketing initiatives
- Running COVE’s organic presence on Facebook and Instagram
- Designing and creating digital marketing assets for Classifieds, Facebook and Instagram in line with the COVE brand guidelines
- Managing COVE email and CRM campaigns to prospects and tenants
- Creating compelling property listings across the website, classifieds and social media
- Organising awesome monthly COVE events for all our flatshare tenants
- Liaising with with tenants to understand their requirements, share property information, arrange viewings and on-board them to COVE
- Collating tenant feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Helping us to continuously improve tenant experience.
Experience:
Essential
- Completed or pursuing an undergraduate degree in any field (business related is a bonus)
- Strong academic track record
- Experience in a sales/marketing/customer service role
Preferred
- Experienced user of Adobe photoshop and Adobe illustrator
- Experience of digital marketing and/or social media community mgmt
- Experience of events management
