The Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the APAC marketing team with the execution of the regional marketing strategy to deliver successful outcomes across multiple marketing pillars, with a prime focus on events marketing, while assisting with communications, social media, email marketing, merchandise and more to achieve company goals and objectives.
Main duties & Responsibilities
Execute B2B-focused events based in Singapore
Assist with ongoing company NAL research
Monitor APAC events roadmap across multiple verticals
Coordinate (including ordering and tracking) event inventory such as collateral, giveaways, booth design and set-up, etc.
Provide logistics support for Cover Genius events attendees
Create outreach campaigns via Hubspot including prospects list creation on social media and via email
Assist across all social media activities including posting, responding, content creation and management
Interact and communicate with third-party vendors including external agencies, publications, events programmers, etc
Support global PR and communications strategy to launch campaigns that build Cover Genius’s brand presence across the region
Support ongoing digital marketing campaigns utilizing Google Ads, Facebook and Taboola
Attributes & experience
A Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, humanities or other relevant area
Excellent communication and written skills
